ARRIVAL WINDOW

We do our best to create a schedule in which we arrive exactly on time to each appointment. If we're running a little ahead, or a little behind, we will notify you as soon as possible.

CANCELLATIONS

Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes no less than 24 hours before your scheduled service to avoid incurring a $79 cancellation fee. If our team arrives and is unable to access your home, the full charge will apply.

SATISFACTION

If you are not happy with your service for any reason, please let us know immediately and we will be back to make it right.

BILLING

A hold will be placed on your card one day before service, but you are not charged until service is completed and you will receive an email invoice instantly. Please note that some banks show this hold as a charge, but it is just a pre-authorization.
