We take pride in the work we do and the 100% guarantee policy states that you will not be charged until you are completely satisfied with your service. In the event that you are unhappy with your service, we ask that you please contact us within 24 hours of your service and allow your cleaning professionals to return (within a 7-day window) and correct any issues. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of your service, we will assume you are satisfied and your card will be charged.
